Pan Seared Steak with Mustard Shallot Sauce
French
Main Dish
It's easy to take everyday, basic main dishes like grilled steak and chicken and transform them into Lean and Green Recipes that are something incredible with the addition of a little sauce.
In today's recipe, we take a pan seared sirloin steak and top it with a creamy, tangy mustard and shallot sauce made in just minutes.
The mustard and acidity of the sauce balances out the rich, heartiness of the beef and creates a flavorful meal that is low carb, easy and delicious!
Pair with some simple steamed asparagus and a quick little salad and you've got an award-worthy dinner you're going to love. Enjoy!
PS- Isn't this plate gorgeous? I found it on a little street in Paris at a kitchenware shop- you MUST check them out: https://www.siecle-paris.com/en_US/#!/S/items/15/shop
