Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into the crock pot in order. Place the cover on and let it cook for 8-10 hours on low.  Timing and tenderness will depend on the overall size of the meat.  For thinner, longer pieces it will take a little less time, for thicker, stockier cuts (or those with bones) it will take a little longer.

  2. When ready, remove the lid and carefully remove any bones.  Using 2 large forks, shred the meat and toss it to coat in the juices in the crock pot.

  3. Serve warm as an entrée, over salads, or over cauliflower rice.  Also great chilled over greens or as a salad on zero carb rolls.
