Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
1 ¾ pounds boneless chicken thighs*
2 tsp Stacey Hawkins Dash of Desperation Seasoning
¾ C chicken broth
1 T Stacey Hawkins Rockin Ranch
2T butter
Directions
Season chicken thighs with Dash of Desperation Seasoning.
Add olive oil to an 8- to 10-inch cast-iron skillet and heat over medium heat.
Place chicken thighs in the skillet, skin side down. Cook undisturbed for 8 minutes, until skin is blackened. Turn the chicken over and cook for 6-8 minutes more, until an instant-read thermometer reads 165° F. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
Place the skillet back over the heat. Add the butter and let it melt, then stir in the Ranch Seasoning. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the liquid has reduced by half. Pour over chicken and enjoy!
