Charcuterie Class Friday September 22, 2023 Balmville Grange

Why not get out of the house and enjoy a fun & exciting night creating your own charcuterie board filled with decadent meats, cheeses, garnishes & all things delicious?

Friday night September 22nd at 6:30, laugh & learn with your friends while creating amazing garnishes, gorgeous salami roses, cutting & plating the perfect cheeses and making your OWN gorgeous creation to take home- EASILY!

Chefs Stacey Hawkins & Jason Shenefield (aka: The Social Kitchen) will first demonstrate & create a large board overflowing with delicacies for the class to eat & enjoy with a complimentary champagne tasting (feel free to BYOB as well!). Then it's YOUR turn!

Class starts 6:30 PROMPT and will be taught at the Balmville Grange, 27 Fostertown Road, Newburgh NY 12550.  Class will run until about 8:30-9 pm. MUST pre register & class size limited- so sign up now.

Each guest will go home with a personalized charcuterie board, class notes, recipes and more!
