Flawless Flounder a Lean and Green Recipe

I love the delicate, sweet flavor of a perfectly cooked piece of flounder.  An inexpensive and easy to cook fish, flounder makes for a perfect Lean and Green recipe because it can be flavored in so many ways.  This recipe for Flawless Flounder features the flavors of lemon and dill, however, see my suggestions below for many different ways to mix and match flavors for a quick and flawless dinner!  Just take a minute to watch and see how easy it is!

Instructions

  1. Place oil in a large nonstick frying pan and heat over medium high heat.

  2. Add the fish fillets to the skillet and sprinkle with seasoning. 

  3. Cook for 2 minutes then flip the fish over.

  4. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes more until fish is opaque and flaky.

  5. Serve hot.
