In addition to being SUPER easy to make, they'll last in the fridge for up to a week and are crispy, crunchy and delicious.
Fill with your favorite taco filling, fish, chicken, steak, veggies and more!
Directions
- Cut 1/2 inch from one end to create a flat surface, then peel the jicama.
- Carefully slice the jicama 1/16 inch thick using a mandoline.
- To store, add the jicama slices to a bowl and cover with water.
- Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
