Tender Rosemary Pork Chops and Garlic Broccoli Rabe- Throw Together Thursday

Want an ENTIRE Lean and Green meal that can be made in less than 20 minutes? Here you go!  As part of our Throw Together Thursday series, enjoy this super delicious recipe for Tender Rosemary Pork Chops with a side of Garlic Broccoli Rabe.  So easy to make, so delicious to eat and so ON program!  Whether you’re dieting or not, this recipe will be sure to please.

1 1/4 pounds thin sliced (~1/2″) boneless, skinless pork loin, excess fat trimmed

1 Tablespoon (1 capful) Stacey Hawkins Rosemary Versatility Seasoning

nonstick cooking spray


  1.  Sprinkle Rosemary Versatility Seasoning evenly over the chops, just on one side.seasoning chops
  2. Spray a nonstick cooking pan with some nonstick cooking spray over medium heat.
  3. Add the chops, seasoning side down.chops searing
  4. After 4 minutes, turn the chops over.  You’ll se there will be a nice herbed crust on the done side of the chop.flip chops
  5. Cook an additional 4-5 minutes until the chops are thoroughly done.  Verify temperature with meat thermometer- they should be 160 deg F.
  6. Remove from the heat, set aside to let rest for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.

This recipe makes 4, 5 ounce servings of pork.  For a complete meal, serve with Garlic Broccoli Rabe.  It cooks in exactly the same time as the pork chops and makes for an amazing Lean and Green meal!
