Succulent Cinnamon Chipotle Pork Loin (crock pot) Lean and Green

There is nothing better on busy nights than to come home to dinner done- especially one so finger licking delicious!  Low-fat pork loin takes on a whole new life when crusted with cinnamon, chipotle and garlic in this 3-ingredent recipe.  Simply dump it in and go!

5 oz pork is one lean serving and one condiment.  Enjoy!

Here’s how easy it is to make:



2 lbs     boneless, skinless pork loin, approximately 2-3″ in thickness

1 T        Stacey Hawkins Garlic and Spring Onion Seasoning

1 1/2 T      Stacey Hawkins Cinnamon Chipotle Seasoning



Place pork loin in a single layer in the bottom of the crock pot.  Sprinkle with seasoning.  Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.  Slice and serve hot.  Leftovers are great as pork burritos, on salads or over wilted spinach. YUM!!
