Here’s how easy it is to make:
2 lbs boneless, skinless pork loin, approximately 2-3″ in thickness
Place pork loin in a single layer in the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle with seasoning. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Slice and serve hot. Leftovers are great as pork burritos, on salads or over wilted spinach. YUM!!
