Roasted Garlic Zoodles
This super quick and flavorful low carb (Lean and Green and Optavia Recipe) recipe serves as a great side dish or can be served as a bed of noodles for a complete meal. (Want a 20 minute fabulous meal? Pair this with my Charred Sirloin & Creamy Horseradish sauce!)
- Add the oil / spray to a larger sized frying pan and heat over medium-high heat.
- Add the zucchini noodles to the pan and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Cook for just 2-3 minutes, tossing occasionally with a pair of tongs.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper (or Dash of Desperation Seasoning for more pop!) and serve hot.
