Orange Scented Beef and Broccoli



1 T – Stacey Hawkins Valencia Orange Oil
1 – medium onion, sliced
1 lb – London broil, thinly sliced
4 C – broccoli florets
1 T – Stacey Hawkins Tasty Thai Seasoning
¼ C – chicken stock
In a large frying pan, heat the Orange Oil over medium high heat.
Add onion and cook for 1 minute, until translucent.
Add beef and cook for 3 minutes until browned on each side.
Add broccoli, Tasty Thai seasoning and stock. Cover pan and reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 5 minutes until broccoli is crisp tender, but not overcooked.
Serve hot over rice, cauliflower rice or noodles.
