Mouthwatering Simple Sloppy Janes

A twist on the traditional Sloppy Joe, this recipe has much less carbs, sugar and no ketchup, yet has all the flavor you’ll love. Make stovetop or on the crockpot and enjoy!


1 lb – ground beef or turkey
1 T – Stacey Hawkins Simply Brilliant Seasoning
1 T – Stacey Hawkins Cinnamon Chipotle Seasoning
1 T – Stacey Hawkins Honey BBQ blend
¼ C – Stacey Hawkins Deluxe honey mustard
¼ C – water
Slow cooker (crock pot) directions:

Put all ingredients into a small slow cooker and stir to combine.
Place lid on cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4.
Serve over rolls, over greens, rice or cauliflower rice.
Stovetop directions:

Put all ingredients into a medium sauce pan with a lid.
Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on medium high for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve as above.
