Lean and Green Valentine's Day Menu

Think you can't splurge on Valentine's Day? Think Again!  Stacey's got you covered! 

Whip up this AMAZING Lean and Green menu quickly and easily. Imagine staring into the eyes of your beloved while knowing you're on program AND loving every minute of it!

Apertif:  Check out this link for Stacey's No-Cal Holiday Cocktails

Appetizer:  Serve 2 ounces of pre-cooked small shrimp (weigh with tails removed) with a sauce of 1 Tablespoon No-Carb Ketchup combined with 1/4 tsp of Stacey Hawkins Kickin' Cajun Seasoning or prepared horseradish. This is for one serving- multiply for the amount of servings you desire.

Main: Place 1 & 1/2 Cup of fresh green beans (haricot verts) or thin sliced zucchini in the center of a 12" square piece of foil. Add 5 ounces of raw, flaky white fish or 4 ounces of raw chicken breast over the veggies. Season with 1/4-1/2 tsp any Stacey Hawkins Seasoning of your choice). Seal the foil packet and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until fish is flaky or chicken has reached a temperature of 160 degrees. This is for one serving- multiply for the amount of servings you desire.
