Recipes:

Apertif:  Check out this link for Stacey's No-Cal Holiday Cocktails

Appetizer:  Serve 2 ounces of pre-cooked small shrimp (weigh with tails removed) with a sauce of 1 Tablespoon No-Carb Ketchup combined with 1/4 tsp of Stacey Hawkins Kickin' Cajun Seasoning or prepared horseradish. This is for one serving- multiply for the amount of servings you desire.

Main: Place 1 & 1/2 Cup of fresh green beans (haricot verts) or thin sliced zucchini in the center of a 12" square piece of foil. Add 5 ounces of raw, flaky white fish or 4 ounces of raw chicken breast over the veggies. Season with 1/4-1/2 tsp any Stacey Hawkins Seasoning of your choice). Seal the foil packet and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until fish is flaky or chicken has reached a temperature of 160 degrees. This is for one serving- multiply for the amount of servings you desire.

Dessert: Check out this link for Stacey's Decadently Dark Chocolate Mousse (a surprising Lean and Green Recipe!)

After Dinner: Splurge on some fabulous herbal teas with no calories and tons of flavor (Hot Cinnamon, Ginger Peach and Berry are a few of my favorites!) or stick with a great cup of coffee & enjoy!

Counts:  1 Lean (Shrimp and Main Meat Together) 3 Green (veggies with main), 2 Healthy Fats (dessert) and 3 Condiments (appetizer, main and dessert).
