Are you sick and tired of eating the same things over and over and failing to meet your goals because you just want to eat?  Of course you are.  Millions of people the world over just like you complain about how BORED they are, and how frustrated they are that they feel there is no hope.

In addition to feeling hopeless, over and over again I also hear how people have little time to actually make meals AND when they actually DO make meals, they are bland, boring, repetitive and, well, people are fed up with eating the same old same old.  Sound familiar? Sure it does!  But don’t despair because….

I’ve got good news! There is an Easy Solution  Don’t believe me? Well read on because I’m going to blow your mind and show you how easy it is to make fat burning meals in minutes, ones you and your whole family will love with these 10 Meals in Minutes using my revolutionary  Meal Making System.

My system makes it easy to make recipes that will help you lose weight, feel great and STAY on program to meet your goals.  These recipes are low carb, lower in calories, and also just so happen to be Optavia Recipes as well for those of you following the Optavia diet, so don’t worry!

The big secret comes down to two things.

First and foremost is planning.  While it’s a no-brainer, often people resist this very easy, but also very crucial step.  A simple 15 minutes of planning will get you a week’s worth of dinners ready to go. A little prep and you’re on your way.

I spell it all out for you and give you the supplies you need in the form of video instruction as well as a simple-to-fill-out worksheet in the materials you get with the Meal Making Systems.

The second secret, and this is the most powerful weapon of all, is the FLAVOR.  Who wants boring?  Not me!  And certainly not you or those you care about feeding either.  I realized early on that FLAVOR was the secret weapon so I took my skills as a chef and starting combining robust, mouthwatering blends that made food come alive.  After getting so many rave reviews (and losing 100 pounds) I created a product line full of my secret flavor weapons.  Now, the secrets are all here for you!

It all works hand-in-hand

The FLAVOR and the RECIPES work together to give you the one-two punch you need to make great food fast and easy.

Taco Bowls with Cauliflower Rice- a Lean and Green Recipe

Last week, I was inspired by a Facebook post  to make a version of my kid’s favorite meals, tacos, and combine them with a new family favorite, cauliflower rice.  The result?  A Taco Bowl With Cauliflower Rice recipe that not only has a thick, rich sauce, but it is an Optavia Lean and Green recipe to boot!

ground beef the key to the perfect lean and green tacos

1 lb     cauliflower, steamed until very soft

1 1/4 lbs   lean ground beef

2 C    chopped tomatoes (fresh or canned- no sugar added)

1 T     Stacey Hawkins Southwest Seasoning  or 1 T  Stacey Hawkins Phoenix Sunrise Seasoning (or both!)

Fresh Salsa *

Grated low-fat cheddar cheese *

Place a large frying pan over medium high heat.  Add ground beef and using my favorite kitchen tool break up the beef and let it cook for 5 minutes, until browned.

Add tomatoes and seasoning and stir to combine.  Reduce the heat to low and allow the mixture to cook for 5 minutes, until the liquid is reduced by 1/2 and thick.

While the meat is cooking, using a food processor or, my favorite kitchen tool chop steamed cauliflower up into rice-sized bits.

Place 1/2 C cauliflower rice into a bowl and top with 1/4 of the meat mixture.  *Add 1 T salsa and 1 T cheese as a condiment if desired.

Medifast Recipe, Optavia Recipe, Take Shape for Life Recipe Counts:  1/2 C “rice” is 1 green, 1/4 of the beef mixture is 1 lean, 1/2 a green option.  If you add the salsa (be sure to use sugar free) count it as 1 condiment.  If you add the cheese, count it as 1 condiment as well.
