Crispy Hot Honey Glazed Chicken

1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 Tablespoons Stacey Hawkins Paprika Parmesan Panko
4 Tablespoons Stacey Hawkins Deluxe Honey Mustard
1 teaspoon Stacey Hawkins Kickin’ Cajun Seasoning
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon water
nonstick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350° F. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a baking dish large enough to hold the meat in one layer.
Spray chicken with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with Parmesan Paprika Panko. Cover the dish with foil, but leave one corner folded back and opened so that the steam can escape. Bake for 15 minutes and then completely remove the foil. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and panko is crispy.
After removing the foil, make the hot honey sauce. Pour the honey mustard into a small microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds to soften. Stir in the remaining ingredients and microwave again for 30 seconds right before serving.
Drizzle the liquid over the chicken breasts and serve warm.
